Get Air Trampoline Park

EDIT- Owner reached out to me immediately and said all of the foam blocks were getting covers and the trampoline with the caution tape is in the process of getting replaced. Excellent customer service. We will be back in a few weeks to give this place another shot. Bumped my two star review to four stars for the fantastic communication. Lots of jumping fun but this place was struggling the day we came in. Half of the pits didn’t have foam, and the ones that did- the foam was falling apart. Every time we jumped in, we came out covered in foam balls. They stuck to our socks and won’t come off even after washing. Speaking of the $4 socks, they got holes after one wash meaning we couldn’t wear them if we wanted to go back again. Foam pieces are spread all over the park and get on everything. Two different places had caution signs and tape around them. The bathrooms were not clean and we got there two hours after opening on a Monday (so they weren’t busy at all). Half the candy/vending machines were turned off or not working. Holes in the walls. Food and drinks all over the “Little Air” area even though there’s signs posted everywhere prohibiting food and drink in the jumping areas. Glad my kids had a great time for the $100 (with coupons) we paid to jump for two hours.

I really want to like this place but it has been consistently bad. The only positive I can say is that the trampolines and slides are super fun for the kids. However, the bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting - toilets and theirs seats covered in urine and feces, and several of the toilets don't even work. They don't enforce ANY of their own safety rules. They don't enforce Toddler Time or the little kids area so it is VERY unsafe for small kids - the big kids wreak havoc and someone will get hurt. But don't worry, you signed a waiver so it's not GetAir's fault! :)

I'm usually the type of person who reads other reviews to make my decision and maintains caution when leaving one. I'm appalled by the fact that the gentleman handling our party walked up to me expecting a tip l. $58 no less. I have no problem with tipping especially if it's good service. I paid quite a bit for this party for set up and clean up. Other than bringing the pizzas over and getting the sodas out of the locked icebox there really was nothing else done other than cleaning up a few plates at the end. We didn't make a mess. Also, we were told we had 30 minutes to vacate and get our things together however we were only giving 15 minutes until they were practically pushing us out the door. Lastly, I had one extra jumper show up late to the party and only jumped for 15 minutes yet I was charged the full price for a 3 year old to jump. I will never have another party at this establishment again!

I recently visited Get Air Trampoline and I had a really great time! The trampolines were awesome and there were so many different areas to jump and play around. The foam pits were a total blast and I loved trying out some flips and tricks. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was safe and having fun. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because it did get a bit crowded at times, which made it a little harder to enjoy all the activities. But overall, it's definitely a fun place to bounce around and have a great time with friends! 🤸‍♂️🎉

Great place to get kids' wiggles out - we typically go on very hot or very cold days. When our kids were young (2yo) we'd hit it right as it opened and always had a great, safe time. I'd call ahead on a weekday in the summer JiC there are field trips there - when we went on Friday, there were 2 school buses + 2 passenger vans -worth of field trips and it was pretty crowded. They have a great selection of things for the kids to do and the price is reasonable (cheapest trampoline park in our area) - recommend you buy tickets off their website (and do the online waiver) ahead of time. We've also done their half-day camp, and our camp counselor, Brittany, was excellent; kids loved her - and I loved her (also great price).

Love this place! We went for toddler time on a Tuesday morning - there was a deal online and they honored it at the register which was nice to save some money. I’m not super happy you have to buy THEIR socks. But altogether a great way to spend the morning and I’ll gladly be back. Tip: make sure to check online for sales/deals before arrival! They wouldn’t have given me the % off without mentioning.

Get Air is so much fun! I have been doing flips my whole life, and I started diving 2 years ago. This place is so awesome to practice during the off season, and just to have fun. They have "Club Air" from 9:00-12:00 on Friday's and Saturday's with black lights and reduced cost. It's a great time to hang out with friends and listen to a live DJ's music. They also offer birthday parties! This place is perfect for children (they have a dedicated area), teens, and adults to have some fun bouncing.
